Patrick's thorough knowlwdge of the current local real estate market was instrumental in the sale of our property at a difficult time for sellers. Even though it was a buyer's market with lots of excess inventory available in the local market, we were able to sell our property in a reasonably short time period at a good price. Patrick's experitse is how to effectively prepare and market our property for sale was very helpful. Patrick was always responsive to our needs and concerns and was very professional to work with.
